Not sure if this already exists in some form, but I thought it would be helpful to some new/aspiring developers.  Helpful feedback/suggestions welcome.

    Tried to use this template with the instructions on github and it didn't work. 

    EDIT: However, I was able to get the files to work by creating a new blank project, then changing the name of the LSPDFR Template to the project name (so it would replace the project file), and copying over all of the rest of the files to the newly created blank project.
