I just remembered, OpenIV has a new version, so uninstall OpenIV and download it again from the official website. Also, I noticed that the UltimateBackup and Stop The Ped mods in your plugins folder are from 2021. Try downloading updated versions of those as well.

I tried again, but it still crashes. I think the best and quickest solution is to reinstall LSPDFR and stick to the mods I know are safe and have always worked for me. Thanks again for your help—have a great day!

I was having an issue where the game wouldn't boot once adding LSPDFR, the RAGE Hook would break somehow. I restarted the computer, and have a copy of the GTA5 generic game that I copied over to the steam folder and then copied over the files for LSPDFR and now it magically works.

It sounds like I’m having the same issue! I just deleted everything and reinstalled the main LSPDFR file, but it still crashes. I didn’t quite understand what you meant about taking the GTA5 generic game from a Steam folder. Are you adding mods somewhere other than the main directory? Do you have a video tutorial or picture that could help me understand what to do?
