Hi everyone, I had a random crash that I cant figure out what caused it.

I was in a callout where there was a person with a firearm, he entered a vehicle, chase happened, a random ped went hostile too and the backup killed them. Called ambulance, supervisor, towed abandoned vehicles, wanted also to move away a bike so i was about to ride it and this crash happened (below). I'm just wondering what could have caused this issue.

Extra info: The paramedics carried first the random hostile, next to the bike (idk if its the owner), the other corpse was still on place.
