Do you mind sending your RagePluginHook Log? It should be located in your Main GTA 5 Directory

 

Search "RagePluginHook" it should be a TXT!

    I recommend you reinstall LSPDFR fully, as there could be a miss configuration, looking at your log file it appears everything is up to date, and theres no errors. But I do recommend reinstalling
