The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I load into the game and I open Rage plugin hook in game by pressing F4 and it crashes and the .log file says no plugins caused it to crash and it is on the most recent update It is also incredibly laggy and it's not my settings on my GTA bc I have them set to the minimum. I have included the .log file if you all want to take a look if it helps.

    Hey there! @Riley Fields,

     

    I recommend you please remove "PoliceLifeS", as it appears it's crashing your game. If you can, and ensure it works, then It's the plugin.

     

    Plugins that are out of date and are not updated for Recent LSPDFR Versions aren't supported, and cause unstable gameplay / crashes.
