The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Try to reinstall LSPDFR (with the manual install rather than the automatic) or delete your traffic policer plugin and try again as it is outdated. You are better off using Stop The Ped which is here: Stop The Ped (v4.9.5.2) (Not mine and use an ad blocker to block false advertisements. If you want you can also get more questions in the Misc section of the LCPDFR website)

    Update gta, you are playing on an outdated version and the combination between Ragepluginhook/ lspdfr and and the gta version is incompatible.

     

    all your plugins in gtav/plugins/lspdfr are outdated, remove them
