Does any one know what the alarms are called that they use in the military  like in pearl harbor you know they had those wind up alarms that everyone knows the sound of. Its usually sued when a base is under attack, its been in many games and movies. Sorry for not being more descriptive i just don't know how to put any more detail into it? if you think you know, post a youtube video i'l comment saying yes or no. 

An air raid siren maybe?

That would be an air raid, as Scott said, otherwise its just a alarm.

Air raid siren, or it's sometimes called a civil defense siren. Or a tornado siren, or *insert major disaster here* siren. They're all the same thing (even the same model, often), just different names depending on the use.
