I keep having the zlib error and I tried a lot of things to fix it, it just doesn't. The crash happens only when LSPDFR is launched (Story Mod works fine) and when the mod loads, or after a few minutes in the game.
I erased my mods folder with no results, verified files so many times, followed instruction using sysCMD, erased addons and modifications till I find the one that makes that mess (I didn't find it)

Update : This error also appears on the Story Mod after a while longer tho. Also I deactivated the Anti-Virus with no result.

Update 2 : After some intense Troubleshooting, I ended up erasing all mods and uninstalled RPH and LSPDFR. That didn't change a thing, so I reinstalled the game. And guess what ? YES, IT'S STILL CRASHING !!!!
So, the next step is contacting Rockstar Support since I now have clean files, aaaaand i'll see with them if they can help me fix this shit. I'll put an update here when fixed (or not fixed)

Second Update for more insight

Where did you get the GTA V copy? 

 

The “failed zlib call” error is most likely caused by corrupt installation files. Depending on what platform you own the game on.

 

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps from Rockstar's official troubleshooting guide?
