I've been using other add-on packs a lot lately and got to thinking about creating my own. And considering that it won't be as simple as a replacement pack, and YouTube seems to be useless at getting you what you need in the realm of modding, I was hoping that someone from the community could help out. I have templates that are read to use, ad well as as the following .meta's
- carcols.meta

- carvariations.met

- handling.meta

- vehicles.met

- __resource.lua

Not sure if anything else other than those, the templates, and the vehicle files are needed, nor e proper way to path them.

    You can try out this premade Modding DLC pack as a simple fast method, and if not, I can at some point provide instructions on how to, or at least how I create DLC packs (it's a lengthy instruction process I have remade several times...)

    I have tried the modding dlc v pack by albo but for me It just doesn't help me out the way I need it too. mainly because i can't sit and watch a video lol. But the video missed some key point that I was looking for and mainly covered most of what i already had like the .meta files. I'm mostly looking for the setup2.xml, content.xml, and els. but a whole process would be heloful if you are willing

    I have tried using this pack in the past, but the youtube videos are that great at teaching, at least not for me as a hands on person. I have non-els packs made by Trooper Corentin that I want to make into an Addon pack for myself and hopefully convert them to ELS as well,  but turning it into an addon pack has been the bane of my existance. If you have any tips, they would be greatly appreciated

    that's very easy, for real? you just create folder with your DLC name inside DLC folder.. after creating that folder, you just right click and choose option create, than you could see an .rpf file, name it as dlc. that's it LOL

    another way to make your own DLC, is just take another DLC and replace cars or helis (depends on what manifest) here
