The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

The crash was caused by Regular callouts, however this should be a one time issue.

 

I recommend to remveo these outdated pluigns, cause they are likely to crash your game in the future:

Arrest Manager

CalloutManager

LSPDFR+

TrafficPolicer
