I recommend to start slowly, for example only install lspdfr and play around with it.

Modding is more advanced and one simple bracket can cause your game to crash.

Then try to install a callout pack, look up on YouTube or the readme that comes with that file.

 

Later on you can install some vehicles, but that’s more difficult.
