I have an offline profile and I've been using it for awhile and now when I try to login to my real GFWL account it always says connection error or credentials incorrect even though i did type in everything properly and my internet connection is strong. Do I need a new update? Do I need to delete something? What am I missing? Please help!

    When you click more info with regards to the connection error, what does it say?

    I believe if it says UpNp or something like that is not connected then you forgot to turn off your firewall.

    You must always turn your firewall off. Every firewall on your computer before running IV for online play.
