How to change your ELS light signals?

Title is a little confusing so I'll give more detail.  I've seen in some videos where people would be able to change the way their ELS lights function, i.e. the lights light up going right to left, or it turns on in a different order, etc.  Anyone know how to do this?  Or is it another mod you need to make this work?

    In game, enter the ELS enabled vehicle. Press alt+m and a menu pops up.You can then adjust the lights through that. I believe U is primary, I is secondary and O is warning...

    Not sure though as I have custom mapped my keys.
