The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

You are having an issue with the custom EUP installation in this path:
"Reading content from file:C:/Steam/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/lspdfr/data/custom/stations_sahp.xml"

Specifically at Line 28, position 1. Most likely you either forgot to open or close a section correctly.

    Okay Thank You, the problem was solved, but i add another mod like eup etc., i got same problem, can you tell me what the problem is? Im sorry i can't read the log..

    If renaming mods to _mods worked, rename it back to mods and do the following:

    1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.

    2. If those do not work, remove what you have installed recently and test after each removal.

    3. If you still cannot figure the problem out, you will have to restart the mods folder.
