RagePluginHook.logHey guys weirdly my LSPDFR scrip crashed 2 times on my last playthrough I don't remember how my first time crash happened but second one happened when I tried to end a callout. This usually comes from a faulty Ultimate Backup/StopThePed xml, which Grammar Police may be pulling from and as a result is showing GrammarPolice.

This may be the case because I remember editing some xml files. I'm currently clean installing GTA V and be more careful with what I install. Thank you so much for both of your answers and your time. I'll update you in case I'll have the same crash even after my clean installation.

@UnknownBastion @TheLastKnight2 sorry for the ping, didn't wanted to open up a new topic to bloat the support forum. I did a clean install on my GTA V and installed less mods, my LSPDFR plugin crashed randomly again after playing for like 15 minutes, would you mind checking it out when you got a chance, it looks a bit different from before.

You had the "Processing cache while it's still in use" error. This is usually indicative of having a botched XML. Revert any recent changes made to any XMLs.

Hmm, I don't remember making any changes to xml's except adding custom 10 codes to the Grammar Police, which they all had their own xml files put into custom folder, do you think this might be the cause? Will try removing it to see if will fix it. Thank you so much again. Will let you know.

It may have been. As the last thing to run prior to the crash is Grammar Police.

Reinstalling Grammar Police fixed that specific crash, I think I nearly accomplished a stable LSPDFR gameplay, tested gameplay a bit, my only crash which nearly always happens is, when I pat down peds the lspdfr plugin crashes. Attaching my log, would you mind taking one last look @UnknownBastion I really really appreciate your help, thank you so so much for your time! After this one If I crash again, I will create a new topic, I really don't wanna keep this topic too long. Well, here's my last log.

Not sure what verifying will do since you don't have missing or damaged files.

 

The error itself was caused by something using RAGENativeUI. I suggest removing BetterHitReactions as it appears to also have caused a crash at the beginning of the log and was the last thing active prior to the second crash. Then see if it crashes again.

might aswell try everything in the book

Just got back home and verified the files and for some reason 683 files were verified and re-downloaded hope it didn't downloaded back the gameconfig files etc. Also removing better hit reactions as well, will let you know thank you so much as always.

Editing my comment so I don't double post, tried patting 3-4 npc's few of them even had red items, no problems so far, thank you so much, both of you. I don't wanna take this topic too far, so currently marking both of it as a solution if my problem persists, I'll create a new one in the future. Again, thank you so much both of you for your time. EDIT 2: Sadly I could only mark one solution, so in case someone from the future finds this topic, try both verifying and removing BetterHitReactions.

If you edited base game files and did not use a mods folder that would be the case. However, in terms of the crashes you were receiving, they were 95% probability of being from BetterHitReactions.

I never used game folder to install mods instead of mods folder. But my game is more stable then ever after removing BetterHitReactions but one more thing is that I also get this same crash whenever I download xml files for GrammarPolice and StopThePed/CompuLite. My game crashes whenever I install codes for GrammarPolice or Citations/questions for StopThePed and CompuLite and crash always happens whenever I pat the peds. After the crash I just reinstall all these mods and the patting works fine. Its really weird and I don't know why an edited xml file causes this kind of crash, you guys have any ideas?

Could be a botched edited XML in that case. No way to tell unless I saw a log.

RagePluginHook.logHere I have one, I'm not sure it is a same crash, but played like 2-3 hours yesterday without any crash, now this happened after installing citations for CompuLite and 10 codes for grammar police, will let you know if I crash again.
