Hpw dp you get more fps in this game? I don't k how anyone plays this game smoothly. Ive got rid of some plugins an lowered my resolution. It's like no matter what ive got like 39-40 fps in the city.

yeah that didnt help, most of that i already had set that way, im still getting random drops in fps in the county

Beyond the fps relating to LSPDFR, it could be textures like 4k ones or having an excess amount of mods installed.
