Game says its already running and when i dont have rage running gta crashes

Featured Replies

If the game is already running, or so it says, open task manager, right-click on any task (open apps, background processes) from Steam/Epic Games, Rockstar Launcher, and GTA itself. It's possible the last time you opened the game and closed it, it just didn't fully close something. If this doesn't work for whatever reason and still says the same thing, give your PC a restart.
