The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Only got this update today 3rd October 2024 - however is not a whole game update so unsure what's updated. But since this update i've had a script hook v error then crashes game when i press ok.

I looked more into the warning in the log which is to do with custom textures or heavy graphical enhancements disabling my mods folder let the game load without error now it's time to find the high pixel textures.
