Hi. So I have recently downloaded the new version of Script Hook V and I get this error.

Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Could contain: text, screenshot, font, logo, brand

From my understanding - The "EXCEPTION: IDXGISwapChain::Present" error in Script Hook V typically occurs due to an issue with DirectX or your graphics driver. It may also be related to mods that modify the rendering pipeline or graphical settings, causing the game to crash when it tries to present a frame. Here's a few steps you can try

1. Update or reinstall your graphics drivers.

2. Update DirectX and verify system files by opening Command Prompt in admin mode and type `sfc /SCANNOW`.

3. Check if you have any mod conflicts disable your mods folder by renaming it to _mods (if naming it to _mods and it all works then it's something in your mods).

4. Graphics settings in GTA V itself try switching between other DirectX (only if you can enter game).
5. Reinstall ScriptHookV with the required files

6. Make sure you have the latest Visual C++ Redistributables.

7. Verify game data files.

8. Check ScriptHookV.log for any errors

The problem was from SHV. Today I checked if they released another updated, and they did. No it's working fine. Thanks for replying though
