The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I started a clean copy of gta V put lspdfr and 10-15 mods but then the game started breaking. Almost like texture loss. Btw I'm a steam player, and here's a list of all the mods I've installed. With of course the basics (scripthookV, gameconfig, heapajuster, packfile limit ajuster, and all the mods from bejojo) I have more mods, just I couldnt fit it in that inclues a ELS houston pack, and QuantV.

    Check this plugin out, should help. Also don't forget to turn off the option to preload models in lspdfr.ini
