The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I've recently downloaded the new upate for LSPDFR as well as RPH and Scripthookv, I would crash all of a sudden when going on duty or if I'm placed on duty already, there is a chance once in a blue moon when I'm loading in and will be placed on duty automatically with no issue, when I go to my crash logs it comes up with {Rapid Reload} and or {TLS no longer matches inital TLS} any help would be amazing.RagePluginHook.pdf

    Not sure why you sent the log as a pdf. Simply upload the file directly from the Main Directory. It is a txt file in the Main Directory either called RagePluginHook or RagePluginHook.log. It is NOT in the Logs folder.

    There was an issue with the VersionChecker in PyroCommon. You can re-install it from the Super Callouts download.
