How do i rename a vehicle

If any of you big brains out there could help out i would be very appreciative! :0

So i'm trying to make the perfect game (for myself that is ofc) and with this i'd like to change the name of some vehicles within the game, i've seen some addon vehicles have the actual make and model and sometimes year of the vehicle. now i'm wondering if i could do that myself when i replace a vehicle, preferably so i can make out what is what within my trainer.

just to explain myself a little more here is a example,

i have a addon car named LSPD Stainer Retro within my trainer

but i have replaced the vehicle to be a 2005 Crown Vic

so how would i go about making it so within my trainer instead of saying LSPD Stainer Retro it says 2005 Ford Crown Victoria or you know something along those lines,

is this possible to do and how do i do it?
