infinite loading screen with mods

Featured Replies

Hey guys, I need some help here. I was away from GTA V for a while and I started to miss it, so yesterday I decided to come back and play the campaign again. This time, I chose to play the story with some mods, like a remastered game. I searched for some mods to use, downloaded a fresh version, and installed all the mods I found interesting. However, I’m encountering an infinite loading screen; the game doesn’t freeze, it just loads forever. I don’t know what to do. I have already tried some usual fixes like changing the game config, and I also installed HeapAdjuster and Packfile Limit Adjuster, but nothing worked. I also tried deleting my old save games, but that didn’t work either. I created the famous "_mods" folder to check if the game would load without the mods, and it did, so I believe there are some problems with the mods in my mods folder. Please, can someone help me? I will attach my dlclist.xml, the OPENIV log, my scripthookv log, and my gameconfig file. I really need some help here, guys.

The following are your options for if the mods folder is the issue:

1. Install the Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, and Packfile Adjuster.

2. If that does not work, remove what you added recently one by one and test after each removal.

3. If you still cannot find the issue, you will have to restart the mods folder.
