hi! i've been having a strange issue with my ELS, i do have all the files installed correctly on all directories, as can be seen here;

i inserted my respective mod's ELS config xml files into the pack default archive as instructed, but nothing

i also do have the advancedhook.dll installed, i do press J multiple times for absolutely nothing to happen, one thing I noticed is that some lights dont turn on in the siren so I installed all components for my cop car in the Police Locker in the station, but also that doesnt fix

According to your screenshot, you still have an old version of AdvancedHook.dll from 2016.

 

Download this version of AdvancedHook and install it.

 

Make sure you have installed ScripthookV.dll with dinput8.dll in the main gta folder.

 

In OpenIV you need to install the first two:

 

updated advancedhook as requested, problem still persists

i also tested the ELS of a blaine county sheriff pack I use 

the problem is also present

by default the vehicles are sheriff and sheriff2,
are those your vehicle names or do you use different slots?

yeah those are correct and coincide with the mod names
