Earlier, I tried to go inside the Fleeca Bank for a Bank Heist Callout, but it was locked. The Robbers were locked inside the bank with no way for them to come out and no way for me to go in. I have open interiors but The Fleeca bank is the only interior I cannot enter. any ideas?

For calls in interiors you'll need the Open All Interiors mod you can get it Here. Interiors are locked without it

I have that, but the door stiil aren't open

Check to see if you have the latest versions of open interiors and the callout pack. If you have both I’d see if there’s a discord for the call author.

 

I’m still learning my way through modding myself. Sorry you are still having issues 

When the latest update happened I just reinstalled GTA V & LSPDFR to get it to work. as well as enabled the online maps in the open interiors config file
