ELS lighting makes weird reflection on my car

So whenever els is on it makes weird relfection on my car,i tried multiple solutions none worked.

 

Here is when lights are off

Could contain: vehicle, land vehicle, outdoor, text, building, sky, wheel, mid-size car, luxury vehicle, vehicle registration plate, executive car, sports sedan, automotive design, tire, personal luxury car, family car, sedan, road, full-size car, automotive exterior, street, car, city

And here when on

Could contain: vehicle, land vehicle, outdoor, text, car, building, road, sky, vehicle registration plate, automotive lighting, wheel, traffic, automotive tail & brake light, street, automotive exterior, city, police, light

You can see that hood get some reflection on it,i also see youtubers dont have this problem

This sometimes can be be seen even when its really sunny and bright,i use Visual V+Natural vision remastered

Here you can fully see the problem

Aren't you using      BETTER ELS Reflections   and    ELS reflections "reworked" ?

If yes - delete them, if no - you could install them and it might help

I use better els relfections but no reflections reworked

If i install reflections reworked it will overwrite natural vision remastered visualsettings

Did u tried playing without better els relfections? 

You can try installing els reflections reworked just to see if NVR causing this problem( U can download NVR later again) , if yes u could play without NVR light graphics but if u need them and they causing this u have to change smt in their code

if nothing helps well I dont really know what I can suggest you

Well it cant be NVR i had this problem even when i used to play on vanilla graphics
