The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I downloaded gta config, heap adjuster, and pack file limit adjuster and installed a dlc pack and now when I go to launch my game I crash right before it starts loading plugins and it wasnt doing this before idk what happened and it gives bad anti virus error but I have everything excluded?
