So the thing about this is that you have to make sure you region.xml as well as your CustomRegions.xml match with everything you have and correlate with the other xml files. YOU NEED TO BE ABSOLUTELY MATICULOUS in the code. Make sure there's no spaces, extra letters or ANYTHING that doesn't belong. Do all edits in OpenIV when possible.

I use Jurisdiction+ & have the following Agencies with their own Cars that ambiently spawn in the zones I assigned each agency & most have their own EUP or some can be installed or intergrated.

Below Is a list of Agencies I have in my LSPDFR that patrol ambiently & respond to backup.
