You can achieve this also with Simple Trainer under the Vehicle God Mode Setting.   Look for the settings feature of God Mode below the enabled and you can enable or disable certain aspects of God mode if you like.  For example, if you want all the realistic damage to occur like normal but only want to enable a clean vehicle 100%,  there is an option at the bottom for that as well.  

As far as backup responding dirty you can go to the vehicle meta file and look for as an example below

<dirtLevelMin value="0.300000" />
<dirtLevelMax value="0.850000" />   

Change values to 0 

The vehicles do spawn in and also backup do respond with cleaner vehicles.  I would say about 98% cleaner than normal.

So for some reason this fire is caused by Open all Interiors. I have come across a few streams that displayed this as being the reason for the issue, same location. There may be a fix in turning off one of the Paleto Interiors but I havent personally checked for a solution. 99% confirmed that its from Open all Interiors tho as the source of the problem.

Yes thats true, so if you go into your game directory and you select the current date files youd have to save them yourself before any update and ofc when you go onto your platform that opens GTA V itll always auto update anyway, then youd just drag your older versions of your exe and such back into the folder and replace the new ones. Its kind of one of those "be prepared or be left behind" things. 

I cant go into specifics here but its a common practice because of this very issue.

If you're really eager for an update on Script Hook, why not consider learning to code and take a shot at it yourself? Just a thought, no need to respond. A lot of people forget that Script Hook isn't required for LSPDFR, and Alex has consistently provided updates for SHV without fail. Sure, it might take a week or two, but what's the rush? There are plenty of reasons why SHV updates might not come out right away, and ironically, Alex does find time to work on it. He’s not obligated to keep SHV updated, but he chooses to do so. We are quite fortunate that the GTA 5 Modding tools are available without a paywall, especially since most mods today are no longer free.

Scripthook Hasnt Updated with the new Build and Update for Legacy that came out today, If you updated your exe & LSPDFR + RPH and use Scripthook V for alot of your mods then its most likely the reason this is happening. 

If you have the Old Version of LSPDFR Backed up somewhere that would help.

You would have to have done alot of the pre planning beforehand to have to avoid this. I was dumb and updated everything without seeing Scripthook didnt and I am having this issue also. It should be updated soon hopefully...however you can never tell really.

There have been many posts on the issue with Rage everyone needs to wait till the hook is updated hence Im sure why Rage site is currently down. Patience ;)
 

You need to update your game to the latest patch when using the latest version of RPH.  This topic is in the wrong section and will now be moved.

i have a problem, I updated rage plugin hook to the version: v0.62.16.14731 PUBLIC ALPHA. 
 
When I want to start rage plugin hook I get this problem:
The current game version is not supported.
Installed game version:1290
Latest game version: 1365
supported game version: 1365
The installed game version(1290) is not supported. This build of RAGE Plugin Hook is made for version 1365.
 
I hope someone can help me and now how to fix it. I have this problem for a week now and i can't fix it.
