The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I believe it depends on the browser, but you should be able to click the file popup and allow it to continue downloading, at least through Google Chrome.

    I can't even click on it. It download and the i can't do anything

     Try disable your av and try download or try look for downloaded file at quarantine

    You can also try download manual version of lspdfr instead setup.. I'm using norton too and there was no such a problems for me

    I Disabled it like it was shown in this Video but still it didn't work, i also downloaded both types of files. And the Same issue
