The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

 I suggest temporally remove:

  • 505 Callouts
  • Dangerous Callouts
  • Dynamic Callouts
  • Lore Callouts
  • Opticom
  • Security+

 

and add them back 1 by 1 with tests to check which one cause problem then simply totally remove problematic one

Alright! To be fair I haven't played LSPDFR for 4-5~ months so a bunch of stuff could be outdated.

I removed all of them, still crashed.

You will have to delete your mods folder. Create a new mods folder and install your mods. 

 

Research each mod and ensure they are not related to game crashes.
