The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I installed GTA V fresh on steam yesterday, and installed LSPDFR. Everything works fine. Whenever I installed my first addon pack, it worked fine, however whenever I install any addon pack afterwards it crashes my game on Initializing Hook. I have Packfile Limit Adjuster, and Heap adjuster installed according to youtube videos. I have a GTX 4060, and 32gb of ram so I didn't think it would cause any problems.
