OPEN IV access denied sys_error_00000005

Featured Replies

I'm having issues with Open IV; specifically while trying to save agency changes in LSPDFR:

  access denied:  sys_error_00000005

I get this every time I try to edit the vehicles in the different agencies. It's killing me with all of these new police cars that I do not want to spawn/respond with my modded real departments. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

What you can try doing is give you Admin permissions for the Main Directory. Do that by right clicking the folder and select Properties. After you have given the Admin permissions, then re-install OpenIV. Restart PC and see if the error still occurs.
