About the siren sound when repeatedly pressing the J key in ELS

I would like to know which file controls the siren sound, the name of which I don't know.

The vehicle on the left in the video is an addon vehicle, and the vehicle on the right is the replaced fib1 vehicle.

I remember that when I installed ELS in vanilla, the fib1 vehicles also made a sound, but after changing one of the files, the sound stopped.
