The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

    You should have just needed the nightly version. Retry just the nightly version and test again. If still same issue, I will look at the logs you posted above.

    WOW!!! Thank you so much!!! Finally get in game. 

     

    But ELS system still not working, only can turn on siren by press E
