Hello, I am qjschum (Quentin) I use to play  GTA SA on my pc with police cars and different mods and what not, It has been about two years since then and I bought GTA IV and I have some questions and maybe I can have one of you guys skype or message me by email etc, here are my questions.

 

Where is the most recent file for ALI and How do I get this  where you push a button and you have a list of like weapons, fix car, weather etc. 

 

Also, How can I check what version I am running of GTA? 

 

 

Where can I get the Emergency Light Mod and how do I install it?

 

 

Where can I get the FireFighter/Police/EMT Scripts?

 

 

Where can I get a full saved version of the game? 

 

 

How do I install cars?

 

 

How do I install a siren?

 

 

How do Install a different skin for Niko?

 

 

How can I play online with other players?

ALI? from your description i think you mean Simple Native Trainer? If so you can get it from here ---> http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/script-mods/2115

You don't really need a full save game. LCPD:FR is playable after you complete the first mission

I don't see why you want to replace Niko with a different skin but google is your friend with that:)

 

And if you plan on using police car mods use the Traffic Flow mod from here on lcpdfr.com
