The game crashes when boarding a car

Featured Replies

Greetings to all.
If you have asked a question that has already been answered, I apologize. The problem is that GTA 5 crashes when boarding a car. What could be the problem? I've seen it written about colisia somewhere, but it didn't help either. Maybe someone knows or has come across this? I will be very grateful to the people who will not pass by and help.

This usually happens when you have installed a meta file for the vehicle that was not properly installed/made.

Greetings again. Thank you for answering my topic. Can you please write in more detail in which meta.file the problem might be? I looked at every file and honestly couldn’t find what could be causing the crash. I also noticed that when you try to climb onto the car it also crashes. If you can help me solve this problem, I will be very grateful to you.

I have attached my meta files, maybe if you have the opportunity to look, you can tell me what the problem might be. 🙂

Which metas files/entries have you added recently? And for which vehicle?

The model was like replace. After which I took a specially prepared folder for conversion into an add-on and entered the name of the vehicle fordmchs there.

You could try removing that specific vehicles meta entries to see if it was those that caused the problem.

I apologize, but I didn’t quite understand how I was communicating with you through a translator. Which specific vehicles?

I have my own server in RageMP and for it I make machines in the add-on version.

Are you asking for help for RageMP or for singleplayer/LSPDFR?

This problem also applies to single player play. The model breaks down here and there when getting into a car.

Perhaps I can pay for your time so you can help me? Because this model is very important to me. I will really be grateful to you if you help for a certain amount. This model is really important to me.

Then yeah, like I said above, you can remove the meta entries for the last vehicle you installed and see if that is the problem.

Thank you very much, I replaced the meta files and everything worked. You are a wonderful person, I hope everything will always be fine for you. Modeling rests on you. I am very grateful to you for your help. There is another question, do you know what point can cause such crashes? Maybe layout?

Its usually when the meta entry is missing an opening or closing bracket. They usually look something like this <Start> </Start>.
