The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So what happned was i was playing the game normally was using the QuantV graphics mod and than i wanted to switch to NVE so i deleted quantv and tried using the oiv file to install NVE but my pc ran out of storage and openiv keeps saying failed so i freed up more storage and reinstalled openiv now its broken.

 

Game crashes very time on "initializing core". 

The game runs when I remove "openiv.asi" or when I rename the mods folder to "_mods" or the dinput8.dll file to "_dinput8.dll"
