Ok so i just installed a few essential mods and what i found out was (Script hook v do not net)was the problem. It didn't give the "un known game error" as what i was usually getting but instead as soon as i loaded up lspdfr it would just automatically send me back to my desktop. But when i deleted the script hook do not net files the game was running back to normal. I do not know what to do now though since i believe its an essential mod to have.

    You can try this version of ScriptHookV.NET. If that still causes issues, you simply cannot use ScriptHookV.NET or anything that requires it. 

    Sidenote: While ScriptHookV is essential, ScriptHookV.NET is not the most essential. It helps to run certain scripts but beyond that, not much else.
