This might not be a base LSPDFR thing, it's possible it might be with STP. For some reason the menu that allows you to do things such as (search vehicle, request vehicle check, request tow, coroner, etc) has simply stopped working. I've uninstalled everything, deleted the game, restarted everything, the issue persists, and it sucks because its a big part of LSPDFR for me, and I have no desire to play it without that menu, but I can't find out what's wrong. as stated, I deleted everything, no conflicting mods or anything, as I had no mods other than STP since I think that is the plugin that gives you that menu. Is there any fix or even a workaround for this? thank you in advance.

Did you re-install STP?

@0fficer Mike I have the same issue. I just reinstalled it yesterday and it didnt change anything. Seems like multiple people are having the same issue. 

@tommarkert1 Could you provide some more detail/info? I have STP and it works just fine.

it appears alot of people are having this issue, which is a relief for me atleast, but I still have no idea how to fix it, nor do I really have any other details to provide, I don't think. I'm not sure why its working for some people and isn't for others. 😞

@0fficer Mike you will load into the game and it will say that StopThePed is loaded and working. You try to open the STP menu if you're interacting with a ped or a vehicle and no menu shows up. Can tow anything, cant run plates or people, etc. 

@tommarkert1@Joeyisthebessst Can you guys check the .ini config files to see the keybinds of STP? Do you guys use any other plugins? If you do which ones?

@0fficer Mike Its nothing to do with keybinds. The keys just straight-up do nothing. I hit "G" and nothing comes up. I hit "T" to grab the suspect, nothing happens. I hit "E" and it only brings up the normal LSPDFR interaction menu. 

 

I am using Compulite, ProwlerRadar, and VocalDispatch.

I use lots of different plugins, right now i'm using nothing but STP, ultimate backup and Compulite. I should also note that every single time I go on duty, LSPDFR itself is crashing, but at the same time, it isn't? If I go on duty, I get the popup the "lspdfr.dll has crashed" yet I can still pull people over, etc. i'm not sure if thats why it isn't working, but I figure I should mention this is also happening to me every time I go on duty.

Hey, Mike! I did some testing, using "force duty" with nothing downloaded works just fine, however, after I have STP downloaded (the only thing I have downloaded) is when "force duty has experienced an unhandled exception" is happening. I'm not sure what it could possibly be, but I do now know that STP is what's causing the unhandled exception. What can I do here?

Hey @Joeyisthebessst If lspdfr has crashed then you wont be able to use STP. In game, when your lspdfr crashes try to reload it using the RPH console. Press F4 and type: LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response" then see what happens.

(Non critical issues) STP uses some features of Ultimate Backup so if you don't have it installed i would. Secondly I would reccomend disabling the default keybinds for the default lspdfr interactions.

 

(CRITICAL ISSUE) Do you guys have Script Hook V installed?

I do indeed have SHV downloaded! It's just bizarre, I've always used STP, so I don't know why it's not working for me and some other people for seemingly no reason. But if that's the case, are there any good alternative plug-ins to stand in for it? Thanks in advance!!

@Joeyisthebessst STP is a really good mod and there aren't many alternatives... One i could recomend is this:

Sure! I don't know much about this stuff, the log you're referring to is when you press F4 correct?

 No, it's RagePluginHook file (.log or .txt in your MAIN gta5 FOLDER)

@Joeyisthebessst Yeah when you load up your game go to your GTA V main directory and search up "ragepluginhook.log" and find your latest one. The log is usually the key to find whats wrong with your game. 99% of the time it solves the issue. Thanks @Kate.Denson
