can't find specific vehicle, looking for various vehicle.meta locations

trying to replace the vanilla vehicle sounds with modded ones, working fine until i got to the dinka jester and i can't find it in either of the following vehicle.meta files

common.rpf>data>levels>gta5

 

it'd be very helpful if someone could help me out with the location of other vehicle.meta files because I haven't had any luck looking through the patchdays
