The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

try to start your gta5 via Rockstar Games Launcher.

When GTA 5 starts, switch back to the file explorer and start the RagePluginHook.exe.
