The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

i just redownloaded gta5 and just got it to work, and then i downloaded some car mods and plugins and some weapons, ( i also have script hook v and script hook v dot net, heap adjuster, game config, and packfile limit adjuster) please help i dont want to do a fresh install again. the game crashes legit on those 3 little buffering things on startup. doesnt even get past that ill try to attach the crash report.

I have done that, also i deselected all plugins and the same thing happened. What patchday should i be using i'm currently using 25 for vehicles and 8 for guns, so could it be a something to do with the patchday? But if nothing works i might have to do  a clean restart. :D
