This appears to be an issue with Yobbin Callouts while attempting a check on a vehicle I believe. I dont know if @YobB1nis still around but he can have a look if available.

    I just had the same issue. Try downloading the latest RAGENativeUI.dll which fixed the problem for me. If that doesn't work, try downloading the newest CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll. if it's not version 1.0.3.0 🙂

    Humor me and try renaming mods to _mods. Then I want you to run the Illegal Parking callout from Super Callouts again and see if it crashes.

    Done that, still crashed when arriving near to the call, I'll remove SC and see if thats causing the issues.

    Did this and also updated CalloutInterface and seems to of fixed it for now. If it crashes I'll upload a new RPH Log.
