Basically, the game now crashes whether I start it with RPH or normally with steam. Everything is up to date, LSPDFR, SHV, RPH, graphics drivers all of it, I haven't had this issue before I'm not sure what the cause is. It crashes after it tries to "populate" the world with or without RPH same result. I've verified the files as well have completely reinstalled the game, firewall isn't blocking it either. please help with this issue I'm at a loss and just want to go back on patrol /.\ thank you

Can you start gta on its own?

No, same issue if i use normal launch or launch with rph

First goal is to get gta working on its own.
Otherwise RPH cant work.

Agreed, however if i run it with steam, or the rockstar launcher it crashes, files are verified, and I've

reinstalled the game.

Have you reinstalled with a new folder or a CLEANED out folder after deleting the game and before reinstalling it?

no when ive reinstalled the game the folder that was created stayed the same

If you could, screenshot the main directory.

And as you said, GTA V is up to date, correct? Or have you downgraded it to 3258?

Can you try renaming vfs.dll to _vfs.dll? 

Let's see if its an LML issue.

same issue crahes right after loading story

 

Have you downgraded your game? Go to GTAV.exe and properties I believe, and you can see 1.0.3258 or 1.0.3274.

no its up to date with the new title update

 

Can you follow this tutorial, and see if it works?

i can try but if i downgrade, then RPH, SHV and LSPDFR will all be a higher version and subsequently won't work

I can see if someone else can help, but I'm heading off. I can probably help you tomorrow when I am on my PC with the files. You just have so many files. sorry I can help later though
