The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

every time I load up up rage it pops up with error code 134 saying that rockstar games services is offline and unavailable but when I regularly load up GTA it's just fine I don't know what to do.

    Let's start with the basics, try launching normal GTA V first. Then once fully in story mode, tab out and launch RPH.
