The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

After fixing the issue with ScriptHook, Adding the advance file now if I try to use a trainer Rage crashes, Any ideas?

Note Added: after numerous tests I am sure it's scripthook causing the issue. I loaded up just GTA and it's doing it on there too
