The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

It does not. You will have to recall that on your own. If you cannot remember, you will have to delete STP/UB if you have those plugins and re-install as well as do a fresh install of manual LSPDFR.

I'm kinda screwed then because I use EUP and am a huge perfectionist so I use configs people make for EUP and UB

It is a sacrifice that I must make, not answering the Pursuit In Progress call that is

The strange thing is that it's only THAT specific call, any other pursuit works just fine

Don't worry about it anymore, I found out that is was just Urban Callouts that was causing the problem

I deleted it from my folders and I answered the Pursuit In Progress call just fine
