Unfortunately, if you have a /mods folder, after a title update, your game will not work. This is due to a conflict with your update.rpf, so if you have an update.rpf in your mods folder, you will have to delete it and readd all your mods in that rpf again. just the way rockstar programmed it.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything countless times, but the ASI Loader still crashes the game. Thanks in advance!

Do you have ScripthookV installed?

yes I do have it

 

the game is working without the dinput8.dll but my plugins wont work

it keeps saying the i dont have the latest version, but i do have it, so i dont know whats happening
