i dont wanna hear that default dispatch lady when i do a plate check or whenever. how do i shut her up

apparently there's a mod 

i dont know how it works as i didnt use it yet, but you can try it. i dont know if it shuts up the dispatcher when there's a plate check tho 

plugins/lspdfr/GrammarPolice/default.ini 

PlateCheck = false

Hey man, sorry for the late response, however i dont have the files anymore. Its either that it got deleted, or something happened, as i wasnt playing GTA for a couple months now.
